I don't know about you, but I've been born and bred to believe that if you don't work your tail off, you aren't doing enough.
Pressure to "get things done" has never been higher. It's an old school way of thinking.
The only thing that's freed me of this is a mentality shift about values, money, worthiness, and a willingness to invest in recharging. To slowing down. To remembering that self care is the most important thing.
If we don't listen to the whispers, they become shouts, and then our bodies, minds, and beings will no longer be willing to give.
