"After teaching yoga sculpt for about a year, I decided I wanted to take my practice deeper, not just physically but spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. 200 hour training was the perfect place to do that, it helped me unlock a deeper connection with myself and the community that surrounded me in that room. Everything I learned and discovered during this time continues to guide my growth, it was truly an invaluable experience."
