Too much to do?
We all have had moments of ever-piling to do lists. It can be overwhelming, stressful, and defeating. It's almost as if one thing becomes three things and then we are drowning in never-ending tasks.
You are not alone, you are not broken.
You are capable, you are enough.
Here's a quick step-by-step if you find yourself arriving to your workday already feeling behind:
-do a full brain dump of every single thing you think you need to do, don't stop until you are completely empty; write the list pen to paper
-select the top 3 things that have carried the most weight, resistance, or would be the most impactful to complete
-ask yourself why you've been resisting these things
-execute those three things, even if it's uncomfortable or arduous
-reassess your list
-notice the rest feeling infinitely lighter
I just want to remind you that a full life is not a fulfilled life.
When you take care of yourself, ask powerful questions, and observe your triggers from a nonjudgemental place, the rest always gets done ;)
