Quarantine has taught us so much- but most importantly, it's taught us that the way we've done things before hasn't worked.
It's led to burnout, high-stress, chronic inflammation and illness, fatigue, lack of sleep, misplaced priorities, FOMO, frustration, insecurity, and a disconnection from self and what's most important in life.
This 200hr Yoga + Meditation Training program is designed to bring you back to the most important person in the room: you. Through personal development, yoga, meditation, rituals, anatomy, and self-study, you will uncover a part of yourself that you never knew existed.
You'll complete this program. Transformed.
Training is limited to 15 participants selected based on an application approval process.

It's a real, no bullshit space for individuals to learn and heal.
Together, we will spend 200 hours diving into who we are — physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and professionally.
At the end of this chapter, you will not only be educated deeply about yourself, but you'll also be equipped to begin a career teaching the healing practices of yoga and meditation should you choose.
Not only will you develop yourself personally and expand emotionally, but you will also gain confidence and a well-rounded understanding of how to interact with the world in a more meaningful and mindful way.
The format will consist of interactive lecture, discussion, physical practice, interactive programming, movement, and kinesthetic learning.

All sessions are in-person, in an outdoor private space in Los Angeles.
Masks, gloves, and temperature checks required at the door,
social distancing practiced throughout program.
Training is limited to 15 participants.
Two spots are available on zoom for non-local students.
Guest lecturers
Dr. Eden Goldman lead the anatomy portion in my Yoga Therapy program at Loyola Marymount and he is a SUPER GENIOUS in so many things and I’m excited to have him offer you a wide variety of information from anatomy, to modifications + regressions, to the science of Breathwork, and many more surprises.
Kelly Leveque is an icon in the nutrition and wellness world and we are beyond blessed that she is going to be joining us to provide education on how to better our relationship with our bodies through what we put into it and our mental choices around that relationship.
Charlotte Munn has traveled the nation being a top trainer for the biggest yoga company in the world and her infectious personality and expertise in the education world is going to rock your socks off.
Katie Eychis is a master Ayurveda practitioner and teacher and an incredibly dear friend of mine. She has wisdom up the WAZOO with countless hours of study and will be relaying that knowledge unto us.
Madhurya Lila was a co-lead for my FIRST EVER teacher training and she has spent the last several years living in an ashram exploring the deeper layers of the Hindu traditions and I cannot WAIT to have her teach us all about mantra, kirtan, and culture.⠀

Week 1: Hearing YOU
For the first time in your life, you are going to hear yourself. You will listen without reservation to where you are and finally make peace with it.
Week 2: Understanding YOU
You will ask deep internal questions and inquire expansive topics that give you perspective you never had on yourself.
Week 3: Seeing YOU
See your truth for who you really are. See the light, the love, the good intentions, the mistakes that were made to help you.
Week 4: Healing YOU
Nourish the wounds, the scarcity behaviors, the parts of you that scream for help through manifested unwanted results. Feel yourself being honored and taken care of through your own self study.
Week 5: Becoming YOU
Build trust and learn the deeper qualities of the person you want to develop yourself into. Let growth happen with ease because of your hunger to be the best version of yourself.
Week 6: Expanding YOU
Let yourself get bigger using your voice and taking command of a space. Learn confidence and strength by developing all that is you.
Week 7: Fine Tuning YOU
Take what you've learned and integrate feedback and hands-on coaching to really polish up as a leader, teacher, and mindful participant of humanism.
Week 8: Loving YOU
Learn to fall in love with who you really are, and watch that love impact every area of your life; professionally, personally, relationally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Week 9: Sharing YOU
Understand how to express who you are with love, abundance and personal value, while grounding into what's necessary to build a life.
Week 10: Being YOU
Fully step into who you are, maintaining an open mind as to who you will continue to become.
Bonus Week: Integration of YOU
A reinforcement of all that you know to be true.

Ashley Shubert is a coach, corporate mindfulness trainer, meditation instructor, and Yoga Therapist Rx. She has been leading and guiding transformational experiences for over 10 years and has an innate passion for helping people move past their limiting beliefs, stories, and boundaries of playing small.
