How often do we forgo our own self acknowledgement because we are "too busy" or subconsciously feel unworthy? It's time to reinvest your energy and time into the person that is the most deserving.

 

Do I need to attend classes and coaching sessions live every time?

Not at all! You can take classes anytime, at your leisure. Everything is recorded and posted right after so you'll have access in real time! You will also be put in a small group to hold yourself accountable to showing up for yourself each day.

What if I have injuries that limit my ability to workout?

There will be modifications offered for every class as well as all levels of movement practices. Our team is happy to connect with you personally on the side and support you with making this program work for YOU.

What if I miss a day or fall behind?

Stop being so hard on yourself. New habits take time to create. Come back into the "WHY" in your commitment. Organize your time each day so you can prioritize what is important to you and surrender to the rest.

Are classes in person?

Coaching calls are all online so you can do them in the convenience of where you are. Classes are live-streamed and recorded as well as in-person in Los Angeles so you have alllll the options.

Ashley Shubert is a coach, yoga therapist, meditation instructor, and entrepreneur. Her teachings are rooted in mindfulness and accountability through work of the mind, body, and soul. She believes that every person is born with access to what's needed in order to thrive in their life, and that sometimes, we need help to find what those tools are and how to use them properly. 

She has been leading in this work for over 10 years with education and certifications that span from movement practices and physical anatomy, somatic experiencing and trauma informed teachings, and the neuroscience of meditation. 

Her mission is to see people living their truth, not a "perfect" version of themselves, but instead a full version of themselves through all the messiness of real life; with resiliency, grit, and gentleness - all at the same time.
