We look around and we see, feel, and hear about how stressful things are.

How frustrated our entire culture feels. 

Too much we give our power away to things that don't matter or don't even exist. 

We have no control of the ebs and flows that this beautiful life brings, but we do have control how we show up in response to it. This two-day women's retreat is designed to give you resources to bounce-back from the natural flow of life's ups and downs and learn to be the light as you navigate through; 

in your feminine power.

Dive into an immersive two-day experience discovering the deeper layers of what might be holding you back. Give yourself a chance to see clearly, love fully, and grow from who you are to where you want to be. 

Expect to be surrounded by women in a safe container where you can explore your fears and limitations, gather the learnings from them, and break free of the shackles they have created. 

Surrender

Learn how to let go. And I mean really let go. The gift of your surrender truly means your empowerment and freedom by making the choice to simply allow. Sometimes, no action is action.

Ashley Shubert is a coach, yoga therapist, meditation instructor, and entrepreneur. Her teachings are rooted in mindfulness and accountability through work of the mind, body, and soul. She believes that every person is born with access to what's needed in order to thrive in their life, and that sometimes, we need help to find what those tools are and how to use them properly. 

She has been leading in this work for over 10 years with education and certifications that span from movement practices and physical anatomy, somatic experiencing and trauma informed teachings, and the neuroscience of meditation. 

Her mission is to see people living their truth, not a "perfect" version of themselves, but instead a full version of themselves through all the messiness of real life; with resiliency, grit, and gentleness - all at the same time.
